Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be confirmed prior to service. We service homes within a 65-mile radius of Davison, Michigan. Bookings outside our service area may be declined or subject to additional travel fees. We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a $50 cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations will result in a $100 fee. Final pricing is confirmed based on home size, condition, and requested add-ons. Excessive buildup or conditions not disclosed at booking may result in a price adjustment.
